On Rhythm, Wellness, and Saturday Pickups
There’s something grounding about having a rhythm.
Not rushing.
Not overproducing.
Just making what’s needed, when it’s needed, with care.
For me, that rhythm has always been Saturday.
I make my elderberry syrup in small batches intentionally. Not because I can’t make more, but because I believe wellness works best when it’s personal, fresh, and unrushed. Elderberry isn’t just something you consume; it’s something you return to. A ritual. A support system. A reminder to take care.
Over the years, many of you have come back again and again for this syrup often without reminders, without promotions, without me saying much at all. That trust means everything to me.
So instead of pushing constant availability, I’m honoring a slower approach.
Once a month, I open a small batch of elderberry syrup for Saturday pickup. Orders are limited so I can prepare everything fresh and with intention. When the batch fills, ordering closes. Simple. Calm. Respectful of both your time and mine.
This isn’t about urgency or scarcity for the sake of it.
It’s about sustainability — for the body, for the maker, and for the rhythm we build together.
If you’ve been looking for a gentle way to restock elderberry, this Saturday batch is available now. And if now isn’t the right time, that’s okay too. Another Saturday will come.
Thank you for trusting what I make and for moving at a pace that feels good.
With care,
Sol
